Straight answer first
Munich jobs arrive specified. An acoustician has usually been involved, the drawing says what it wants, and the trades expect the material to match it. That is a comfortable way for us to work.
We are a manufacturer supplying from India, not a local contractor. There is no MMT Acoustix office in Munich. What we offer is factory pricing on container quantities, sheet to sheet consistency across a large order, and a technical team that tells you which build-up hits your target values and which one will not.

What drives the brief here
Four things decide the build-up
Altbau above, concrete below
A stucco ceilinged Altbau flat and a post-war concrete block need different answers to the same complaint. We ask which one you are in before we quote anything.
Specified, with numbers attached
Send us the acoustician report and the target values. We will tell you what our build-up gets to and where it falls short, in writing, before you commit.
Floor area is expensive here
Every centimetre the wall grows into the room is money. A dense membrane plus a resilient layer usually beats a thick framed build-up on both cost and depth.
Corporate and studio work
Head office floors, media rooms and production studios around the city want measured performance and a finish that survives a design review.

How material reaches a Munich site
Lead time
Standard items dispatch in 4 to 7 working days. Grooved panels and custom colours take longer, and we say so before you order.
Freight
Sea freight into Hamburg or Bremerhaven, then rail and road south. It is a long inland leg and we build it into the dates we give you rather than pretending it is not there.
Packing
Panels palletised and film wrapped, boards and slats in braced crates, rolls on core tubes. Packing list, weights and pallet dimensions come with the quote.
Send the drawings, get a straight answer
Room sizes, photographs and what is bothering you. We reply with a layer build-up your contractor can price, and what it will and will not fix.
