Where we hire
The functions that keep this business running
We do not run a large HR machine, so roles open as the work demands them. These are the areas we hire into most often.
- Technical and project sales Working with architects, consultants and contractors to specify the right material for a room, prepare BOQs and see a project through from enquiry to dispatch.
- International sales and exports Developing distributors and OEM accounts across the Middle East, Europe, the US and Asia-Pacific, and handling the documentation that goes with them.
- Production and quality Running the lines at Palwal, checking batches against their test records, and keeping output consistent from the first roll to the last.
- Research and product development Testing new materials and constructions in our own lab, and turning a promising sample into something we can make repeatably at scale.
- Marketing and content Explaining acoustics clearly across the website, technical documents, video and social, to an audience that ranges from a homeowner to a consulting engineer.
- Supply chain, accounts and administration Purchase, logistics, dispatch documentation, accounts and the day-to-day coordination that holds a manufacturing business together.
Where you would work
Two places, one company
Commercial, marketing and administrative roles are based at the Delhi office. Production, quality and R&D roles are based at the Palwal plant. Most people end up spending time at both, because it is difficult to sell a material well without having watched it being made.
