We are a manufacturer supplying from India, not a local contractor. There is no MMT Acoustix office in the Maldives. What we offer is factory pricing, a short sea leg from India, and packing built for a final transfer by boat.

    Landing craft transfer means handling, spray and limited lifting. We wrap, brace and size pallets for that rather than for a truck dock.

  • Salt air is relentless

    PET felt does not absorb moisture, rot or corrode. On an atoll that is not a preference, it is the only sensible choice.

  • Villas are lightly built

    Timber and light structures over water with little mass. Isolation between villas is limited by the construction, and we say so rather than overselling.

  • A short sea leg from India

    Western India to Malé is quick, which makes modest and staged consignments practical for a resort refurbishment.
